Through Boca Palm Estates, he brings that same client-first approach to the South Florida real estate market, emphasizing responsiveness, integrity, local knowledge, and long-term relationships.

Kayla Cortese, Principal Agent and Market Director of Boca Palm Estates, brings a unique blend of scientific expertise, analytical thinking, and a deeply personal approach to the world of real estate.

Before entering the industry, Kayla spent more than a decade leading a research team focused on developing novel diagnostic products. Her experience within a large, progressive corporation shaped her ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and develop strategies designed to deliver results—skills that have translated seamlessly into real estate.
